With 20 years of helping swimmers and triathletes from beginner to national calibre, Jason can help you to be a more efficient swimmer than you currently are!
Typically scheduled in half-hour or forty-five minute segments, lessons focus on the areas which you are interested in improving. Most people are able to make vast improvements in as little as 3-4 lessons.
